Duly accredited delegates attending the Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), to be held in Paraguay from March 11 to 14, 2026, may apply for a Visa on Arrival, under the facilitation measures established for this event of national interest.
Application process:
- Complete all required fields in the online visa application form.
- Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an Electronic Authorization for the Issuance of a Visa on Arrival at the email address provided.
- With this authorization, you may travel to the Republic of Paraguay.
- Your visa will be issued and stamped in your passport upon arrival at Silvio Pettirossi International Airport.
Requirements and documents to upload:
- A passport valid for at least six (6) months at the time of entry into Paraguay.
- A recent digital photograph with a white background (70–80% of the face visible).
- A color image of the passport’s biographic data page.
- Proof of accreditation for the event (invitation letter, confirmation, or official designation).
- Flight reservation.
