Online Visa Application: Non-resident: Tourist or Technician

Please read the information carefully:

Complete all the information in the following form. The entered data must not contain spelling or transcription errors, as this could result in the rejection of the visa application due to formal defects.
To complete the Paraguayan visa application, you must meet the following basic requirements:
  • 3x4 cm photo in JPG format, updated, with a white background, front-facing (not profile), without accessories;
  • Color image of the passport;
  • Color image of visas granted by other countries, including electronic visas;
  • Invitation letter from a natural or legal person domiciled in Paraguay (if available);
  • Proof of financial solvency (employment certificate, bank certificate, or other suitable means subject to evaluation);
  • Criminal record certificate from the country of residence, duly legalized and/or apostilled;
  • Hotel reservation and/or accommodation information;
  • Proposed flight itinerary or tickets for land transportation and/or declaration of the means of entry into Paraguayan territory;
  • All documents must be in PDF format, except for the facial photo. In addition, each attached file must not exceed 1 MB.
  • The Paraguayan consular office handling your application and the Directorate of Passports and Consular Services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are authorized to request additional documentation, depending on the case and/or the type of visa requested.
  • If the application has been completed correctly, it will be verified by a consular office and, after the initial review and if applicable, a date and time will be assigned for an interview, which will be communicated to the email address entered in the application form.
  • Invitation letter from a natural or legal person domiciled in Paraguay (if available). The inviter in Paraguay must complete the online registration of inviters (natural or legal persons in Paraguay).
